Is it bad to change the weather??

Apparently the Chineese are firing rockets into the sky containing SIlver Iodide Crystals..... is this bad for the weather.... wouldnt it muck up the cycle of the weather..... is silver iodide bad for your health????

it cuold and not see we change weather ever day more cars on the road the temture is 1 , or 2 or 3 higher if the barly any cars on the road less what is was supose to be , now in the future we be able to type 1 can control the weather we type 0 cause we get our engery from oil and coal not from the star type 1 has engery of the star
