Is it bad to check the weather everyday?

Because i do it everyday and people always just say "STOP CHECKING THE WEATHER" AND I'M LIKE "WHO CARES IF I DO"........ And i want to know if it's normal...Plz and Thnx.

A very large number of people will check the weather daily. I watch the evening news every night.

I check the weather all the time because I find it fascinating.  I lived in Florida for a long time, and the weather there, especially in summer, can change really fast.  It's smart to keep an eye on the skies.

I guess I'm just a weather geek.

The first thing I do when I wake up is turn on the Weather Channel.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to keep up to date on the weather.  It helps you plan your day from what your going to wear, to what you make for supper in the evening (ie, grilling out, or ordering out...).

If I were you, I wouldn't care what other people think. I check the weather several times a day, every day, and people think I'm nuts. Personally, their opinion doesn't matter to me. They do what they want, I do what I want. The whole idea of 'normal' is nothing more than what most people in a given society or culture think is common. Checking the weather often is a great idea since it allows you to know what to wear, what to do, etc. Basically, it enables you to plan ahead. You wouldn't want to wear a t-shirt and shorts in 40 degree weather would you?

It's fine, you have to check it everyday because the forecasts are usually way off.
