  1. It's a really lopsided workout.  You'll develop really hunched shoulders very quickly, because you'll work out the abs and pecs and the muscles along the front, but without also strengthening the back and shoulder muscles, there will be nothing to help counterbalance the increased pull from the larger muscles on the front of the body.  Balance out the pullups with tricep extensions; balance out the situps with prone leg curls; and balance out the pushups with shoulder flys.  You'll look and feel much better with a well-balanced workout than you will with a lopsided one like that.

  2. are you trying to gain muscle?

    no its not bad

but dont do it all at once!

    (i dont think u could)

but ya dont 4get to drink lots of water too

  3. It is good you are doing those, but please not every day. Do them three times a week because your mussels needs the time to rest in between. I know that is not a very intelligent medical reason, but I don't know how to explain it any other way. They get stretched, pulled, worked in ways they aren't used to,and need time to readjust their selves. Only three times a week.Byee

  4. No, it's not bad.

You will get a great upper body doing that, but is it necessary to do so many push ups? What about other exercises that work the other muscles? Running? Biking? Seated rows?
