Is it bad to drink around 6 cans of diet pepsi or coke a day?

i drink it like water.. dont drink water. is it bad for my insides ?

  1. anything in excess is bad for us plus the sodium content is very high, thats not good for your blood presure, I should know, I'm on tablets now for my blood presure and I love diet coke! But I gave it up, mind you diet lemonade has become a bit of a problem.

  4. bad for your teeth. stick with drinking water, fruit juice, maybe soy milk.

    put a rusty ring of any mital into a pepsi or cola and leave it for the night and by the morning i beleive that u will drink water and jouice as any one should do !!

  6. Uhhmm - yes. You can clean toilets with it - did you know that? it actually removes limescale and stains! It's not healthy to consume so much!

    Also - you will have no teeth if you carry on drinking so much!  

  7. if it is a diet soft drink it has an artificial sugar, so as not to take anything away from the taste which is even worse for your health.

    that amount of soft drink is horrible.

  9. Well that is an awful lot of ARTIFICIAL sweetener.....too much of anything can be bad....one can of soda or two at the most if it is diet....The rest of your fluid intake could be tea w/o sugar or water

    My grandmother gained a 150# drinking 6 cans of soda a day...and lost the same by stopping all that sugar.

       Calcium is the building block of healthy bones. At a young age it is critical to absorb as much as possible. As a teenager you will build more bone mass than any other period in your life and by drinking large amounts of cola you could be setting yourself up for osteoporosis later on in life. Osteoporosis is the causes your bones to become very brittle and can causes them to break.

    Please pay attention to what you eat, for you are what you eat. Feeding your body quality foods now will make you healthier in the long run.


  12. Over time the caffeine and asparteme or whatever sweetener is in it will corrode your viscera.  The man-made chemicals can not be good for you over your lifetime.  The caffeine also dehydrates you.

    You really should try to drink more healthy drinks, like lightly-flavored water or light juices.

  13. Yes, It is very bad for your health to drink that much soda in a day. Not to say all the sugar and caffeine in it but the other chemicals in it are bad for you too. Try not to drink so much soda.
