I have a cold and don't want to stop exercising, is it ok? I've done it the last couple days in the late afternoon when I am all sudafed'd up and feel the best during the day where I actually don't feel like I am struggling to get myself to exercise, but my cold seems a little worse today. Should I take a day off? I REALLY would rather not. If I shouldn't exercise, why? I know I need to keep myself hydrated but I will drink a lot of water.
