Is it bad to fall for your first cousin?

my 14 yr old sister is falling for my 18 yr old cousin. i am about 99% sure they have made out before and they start dieing if they arent together (my cousin doesnt live with us, obviously) they do kind of cuddle together sometimes like a boyfriend and girlfriend would do. and they talk dirty to each other jokingly in sexual perverted ways. he often smacks her butt and makes fun of her big butt and sometimes jokingly humps her. thats all they really do when their together, just talk sexual and if we're watching a movie their cuddling each other or my sisters laying on his lap and she jokes around with him too. yes its very gross but i just want to know if anyone ANYONE agrees b/c i've been telling people and they're like "okay w/e"

My cousin does the same thinG! It's so weird! I used ti have a small cursh on him for like a week when I was 6, but we are just friends. First cousins, that is kinda weird. :( Good luck!!

it isnt really bad, just weird... and yes if they did have a kid it would have a good chance of being retarded or disable in some way. and i am just saying i would mention that to them even though that could be weird too. but try. it might help.
