hey'all

I had the science final exam today and it was kind of easy but I got C! which sucks. OK, all my quarter grades are Bs only the final exam is C so is it bad? I mean, when college looks at your grades and all of that...is it bad because the college is going to see that C ? or it doesn't matter because I am sure I am going to have a B for the average year ?...I freak out and worry too much.. :- l

Thanks a lot dudes!

  1. Colleges don't care about the grade of each quarter and exam, the final is the only thing they see on our transcript.

    You're fine.

  2. well - it isnt good...

  3. Whats your SAT score? your GPA isnt too bad you should go to a comunity college for your first 2 years and then go to a University Why not try to redo your final year of high school if you thought you did bad the first answer is probably a s****. aristrocrat

  4. Personally I think people put to much emphasis on the particulars of grades.

As an employer for many years when I look at a persons resume I'm not interested if he/she got an A or D in Calculus, but whether or not a person actually finished the entire program.

Of course to the individual grades are important, but don't let them cause you to loose any sleep over them. It's much more important to get as much out of your studies as you can while in school. Later in life the real vaulable lessons are going to be learned on the job.

    Good Luck and Safe Journeys

    Cheers

  5. Do the best you can and enjoy it, high school and college, cont' ed. and every class your future employer sends you to. The knowledge trip never ends, and if you're lucky you'll meet cool people along the way. But never obsess over grades, if you don't like it work harder for next test, there will be many, many more.

  6. A final exam grade usually counts as 1/9 of your grade...so if you have a high B now...your final grade would probably end up being a low or mid B.

  7. It's not bad, just mediocre. It's enough to get you by but not good enough if you want to get into a good college/grad school

unless your younger than high school age. because grades don't really matter until you get into 9th grade.
