Is it bad to get multiple piercings at the same time?

Question

I got my belly pierced like 2 months ago and its still healing and last week i pierced my tongue.And to top it off I have to get my wisdom teeth pulled out in 2 weeks... Is it bad to have multiple (i guess you could say open wounds) in my body at the same time??

it puts your body though a lot of stress because it has to work extra hard to fight off infection. make sure you are cleaning everything EXTRA well and take your vitamins. also, i would lay off the piercings for a few months so your body can get back to its normal self.

well it wasnt the best idea to get tongue ring right before your getting your teeth pulled oiut..

Nothing will happen to you but you may be putting you body through a big more stress,,  i advice going easy on the piercing and for getting your teeth pulled out tell your dentist before you do it that you just got a  new piercing

The tongue and wisdom teeth was not the best of ideas.

If possible, you should put that off for another 3 weeks at least.

Not really, I guess it's how much of a pain threshold you have, if you can put up with the pain, then it doesn't really matter.

However, if you go weak at the sight of needles just keep it to once every few months.

From a medical point of view I don't see why not, don't worry!

Not really. I got 12 piercings in my face last week and feel fine. Just feel a little tickle.

and just fyi, when you get your wisdom teeth removed, they will make you take it out for that.

no not at all juz keep them clean n take care of dem but i wud b worried about juz get'n ur tounge done n den hav'n 2 go get ur teeth done most dentists want all piercingz out wen dey work i kno i had mine done

They're going to make you take out the tongue ring when they pull your wisdom teeth, and probably the belly ring too, as metal can react badly with the anesthetic and the tongue ring will get in the way.

The more you get now the more it will cost to have them removed and the more painful it will be when piercing goes out of style.
