  1. No, it's good.

  2. Only if it hurts!

  3. Why don't you do a 2k swim before that and then go make a mozza on the Ironman circuit.  Hawaii is nice this time of year.

  4. as long as your not over doing it

and if you feel comfortable...keep going...it really helps your heart you know?

  5. Not  if your body can take it. I assume it wouldn't be the first time you jogged for three hours? Also, I might add that triathletes do swimming first, then cycling then jogging. Must a reason for that sort of order of things

  6. Probably not good you're heart will be working medimly for 3 hours and then hard for an hour so it is putting a lot of strain on it.

If you are fit then mabye

if not build up to in e.g 30 mins jog 30 mins cycling.

  7. It depends on the effort that you put forth in each activity.  From my own experience its a better workout to go riding first and then go for the run, but with the times also switched.  3 hours on the bike and 1 hour on the run.

It also depends on the amount of time that you rest in between.  If you do one and then immediately start the other activity, your body will have a hard time in trying to change muscle groups.

Oh course the more you do this, the better you will get at changing from one sport to another.

The fellow with the swim comment in his answer was right, adding a swim first (if possible) will give you the feeling of doing this little thing they have every October in Hawaii, called the Ironman World Championship.  Just be ready for about 10-16 hours of activity for most normal humans.
