Apart from making sure there are no rips or dangerous currents etc then there's no problem.

Swimming in the rain at the beach or in a pool is rather a nice feeling.

Has more a chance of mistakening you as their usual feed!

In Los Angeles, the city drain system overflows during heavy rains causing part of the sewage to go directly to the sea instead of being treated. So authorities and media recommend against swimming at the beach when/after it's raining.

Stay away from the ocean when it rains.  The ocean water is 18 % salt which inhibits lightning.  However, pure rain water does not have this protection so you become a lightning rod to the ocean, very dangererous.

the only way it would be bad when it is raining is if it was also lightning i have heard a bad thing about after it rains though lol

I don't see a problem with it as long as there is no lightning or massive swells in the ocean.

well after it's raining there could be some massive waves so i'd suggest you stay close to shore
