no hun its not bad.. u r supposed to swim with a tampon in...u cant use a pad...lol..the only way it would be bad is if u left it in for way to long..but other than that ur good to go!

no. when you go swimming you MUST use a tampon if your having your periods. It can't harm you in any way.

The only way it'd be bad for your body is if you've kept it in for a long amount of time. Other than that, you're good to go.

No, of course not. thats one of the reasons they were made. but after you finish swimming you may feel a little discomfort. becuase the tampon is wet and will feel full. you should probably change it pretty soon after you get out of the pool though.

no its not.. i mean ur not gunna go swimming wit a pad rite.. u cant.. soo swimming wit a tampon isnt bad or nething
