Is it bad to go to sleep right after working out?

my friend said that it's bad to sleep right after exercising. why? i have no clue. :/

an i mean either short naps or a full sleep.

is this true? and if so .. how long should i wait?

  1. yea its bad cause your body is worn out and has a lot of energy so u should wait for probably 20-30min.


  2. your heart rate and body need to calm down before you completly relax by sleeping
