Is it bad to have 3 servings of whey in a day?

is it okay to have 1 full scoop in the morning when i wake up, 1 before working out and 1 after so thats a total of 72g of protein within a day or is that too much?

  1. Sure, although I don't see why you would, as it tastes bad and is more expensive than real food, and you don't need the quick absorption any other time than right after a workout. But if you really want to, go ahead.  


  2. As long as you are eating other sold foods that's ok.. under no circumstances does way make up a whole diet, i've seen people try and it's not pretty.  Besides it seems as though you know when to take it for it to be most effective.. so keep it up.
