  1. I sleep with a fan every night, even in the Winter. The sound of the fan and the breeze, helps me to sleep. I keep the fan on low to medium speed and, it oscillates. As long as you keep the fan clean, free of dust

    buildup, then just, ENJOY !!

It's important to keep the fan clean as dust particles that can float around can irritate your eyes and nose.

    I hope that this helped.

  2. I am not so sure about the fan blowing in your face but the other time I had a spoilt fan that doesnt rotate, and can only blow at one direction, when I visited a Chinese sinsei coz of my aching right shoulder, he commented I have too much "air" in me and said the fan blowing at one angle's not good to your body, coz my fan was most times blowing at my right side.

Now I got a new fan I am careful not to let it blow too direct/near to me, even when it's rotating, coz sometimes it triggers the ache/soreness of my shoulders.

  3. it can give u a sore throat, its the cool air that does that...

also if mit gets to ur neck (like if u roll on the other rside) then u can get a stiff neck

but i love sleeping with my fan

  4. no it's not bad, however people like me are miserable if we do because of allergies.  It blows dust all around and so I start sneezing and my eyes itch and by morning my throat is sore from sleeping with my mouth open all night due to a stuffy nose!  So, if you don't have a reaction to it--go ahead!  It will make me jealous though...
