If the smoothie has some frozen fruit, a fresh banana, floridas natural home squeezed orange juice ( just a tad, not even 3 oz) 1% milk, and 1 weight watchers yogurt, is it bad if i have one every day? Its around 380-400 calories, i dont really measure the ingredients so it varies....so is it ok if i have one every day? Im pretty much addicted..are there any health risks or w/e? thanks for any answers!!
