Is it bad to have your veins close to the surface?

ok I'm 14 and my veins are really close to the surface I'm not very tan so when i go to the lake with my friends they think somethings wrong with me b/c they can see my blood veins and my arms are tan and you can still see the veins in them is this a problem is there a way i can make them not appear this close please help thank you. oh one thing i forgot i bruise really easy.

  1. Don't know for sure, but I really appreciate mine when it comes to them getting blood samples.


  2. No its not a problem.  You have a really good circulatory system.  How it looks...well sorry you can't help that.  Do know that you are a nurses dream.  We wish all patients were like you..Great IV starts.
