I am in High school and I arrived late due to vacation so everyone is 2 weeks into practice and I am not as conditioned as everyone else. I can sprint with the big dogs w/out being a second or less behind and I am only 5'7".But we just did 20 100 m sprints and I couldn't run after 5 so my legs are killing me. Should I take today's shootaround off because I am sore and may get up to 60-70%.
