  1. Yes. It might not make you blind but it's a bad idea.


  2. Yes, it can cause irreparable damage to your retina. It wouldn't happen immediately, probably after a few seconds, but I wouldn't try it.

  4. Normally, a toy gun's laser is not laser at all, but a simple red light. Real lasers are not exactly common, although pointing a real one at the eye is fairly dangerous. Red lights are not harmful. Infact, they are the type of light that least weakens night vision, and are thus used in fighter planes and the like.
