  1. Two days a week is not bad, but twice a day. Your asking for an injury.


  2. I used to be a runner and I ran 3 times a week  10 miles one way and 10 miles back. After a few years I hurt my knees from running . The DR. told me running 3 times a week is fine but only about 5 miles unless it's for a Marathon. Then you have to train. Eventually you will ruin your knees and as you get older arthritis will set in.

  3. yes it very HEALTHY! but make sure to take breaks alot beacuse if u stay out for a long time u might have a heght stroke be carefull!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!but yes it very HEALTHY

  5. Not twice a day. You'll probably injure yourself. And you need to have like a day in there to rest.

  6. overall, this isn't a bad way to run, as you're still getting out often.  However, running three days, two of which are doubles, will take its toll on the body.  It is less stressful to run once a day, 5 days a week than it is to get out 5 times over the course of 3 total days a week.
