  1. I do the same, but with a 360 and no it's fine, just a waste of a day and it make's you feel like a piece of Shite.

  2. Rocking the PS3 all night is bad for your soul, but as long as you are getting some sleep, your body should be fine.

BTW...when do you work and/or go to school?

  3. uhmm yea for a couple reasons...ur sleeping eleven hours a day thats not good for your body...max should be 8 or 9 hours second its unhealthy because you keep missing the sun and your body needs sunlight and probaby a bunch of other reasons that others could tell you...it just not good get up eat breakfast and do something

  4. THats 11 hours, which is bad because it is more sleep than you need.  But no, it is not bad to sleep at a different time of day.

  5. i'd think so.

i know sleeping's healthy & all, but staying up THAT late couldn't be good for you.

    especially playing playstation.

i have a cousin who stays up all night & sleeps all day and he gets sick, like colds & stuff alot.

so yeah, i'd take this into consideration! =]

  6. it throws you off course though. like it effects when you eat, how many meals you have, and it sometimes makes you lazy,

  7. idk if its bad for your body but you are wasting your life if you are so addicted to ps3 that you cannot maintain a somewhat normal schedule

  8. not bad, your daily clock is just shifted almost reverse of normal. you'll have to adjust if you have work or school to do, but otherwise no harm. and hey, if you travel you'll probably have less jet lag!

  9. no as long as you get 8-9 hours of sleep and you eat breakfast, lunch, dinner (i think would be the healthiest way )
