Depends. If you have large b*****s it may be more comfortable. But I find sleeping with one on uncomfortable. I don't think it's bad for your health or anything.

i do. but its not to confortable when u wake up. after the first answer i read on here, i dont think im going to anymore. (i dont want breast cancer)

well it puts you at higher risk of breast cancer and its more comfortable without one really unless you got big ones
