Is it bad to sweat to much?

when my friend and i work out i sweat like a pig, but she never does. we do exactly the same thing. is it bad that i sweat that much or is it because i drink alot of water?

  3. dont worry, i sweat more than normal too...sweat wil be dripping off me after i run like a mile.....but i am not tired...I think it is form parents....but idk

    keep a towel with you when you work out

  4. It's not bad at all. I had the same problem when i was in high school...but it turned out that my friend wasn't healthy at alla nd I actually was. Don't worry about it, it means your working out!

  5. its totally normal. some people sweat more then others. even if they do the smae thing, drink the same amount of water eat the same things. so your fine. dont worry.  

  6. Sweating is a completely natural and normal thing. It's actually healthier for your body to sweat more while you work out because you're getting rid of the toxins in your body. Drinking water may increase sweating, but it's minimal. Some people just sweat more than others. If it really gets to be a problem for you, there are doctor prescribed topical medications you can put on all the places you sweat more. But this probably isn't healthy if you're working out a lot because your body won't have a way to expel your sweat. And some people, like me, have night sweats when they're sick. This is also very healthy. So remember, it's better for your body to sweat more! Just wear blacks and dark colors when you're working out so it doesn't show.

  8. I don't think so, everyone is different.  Also, sweating isn't bad for you.

Sweating is your body's way of cooling you down, so no, it's not bad, but if you want to prevent it, you could just put an ice pack around your shoulders or in your armpits, and it'll cool you down so you shouldn't sweat as much. If it doesn't work, try drinking ice water or just taking breaks every now and then.

  10. I think it is just how you are designed to be - I sweat, my husband not so much.  On the upside, I think my gallons of sweat don't smell as bad as his few drops   :)
