  1. berocca can  be good as a supplement but i know people who've taken it and felt worse after  they came off it...if its giving you an artificial pick me up then its understandable you might feel even worse coming off it...my advice is if you're in a slump take full responsibility for it and don't expect vitamins to sort you out.concentrate on your diet first i.e. make sure you,re eating lots of fresh fruit/veg and natural whole foods...if you do this well you won't have any need for vitamins.if you suspect there is an underlying medical cause then i'd suggest a visit to your doctor for a blood test.are you exercising??this always helps energy levels and mood better than any vitamins.yoga is excellent for sorting out and balancing your energy too.as far as i know its fine and advisable to take omega oils but again fresh fish organic milk nuts seeds avocados would be better natural sources of these...b-complex fine too in recommended dose and should do no harm but look to natural sources first for better results.if you,re in a slump over life circumstances etc try meditation to  change your thought processes and maybe try looking at certain situations as blessings and challenges for you to learn and grow rather than feeling victimised and beaten down  by them.the situations are still the same but you will perceive them differently and this should  change your energy around these situations...hope this helps somewhat:-)

  2. The vitamins that you are taking are not a problem.

The only vitamins that one can overdose on are the fat-soluble vitamins: A,D,E, and K. All other vitamins are water-soluble; this means that anything more than you need is excreted by your kidneys.

So far as feeling down, one of the best scientifically proven aids for feeling down in the dumps is exercise. Youj must also cut out junk foods from your diet and eat as many fresh vegetables and fruits and whole grains as you can and cut way down on sugars and "white foods" -- white flour, white sugar, white bread, etc.

  3. not really.. however whatever the body doesnt need, will just go to waste.. and everytime you visit the toilet .. that would be your most expensive.

You have to consult a Doctor before taking any medicine.. in that way you are sure that you are taking only what your body require.

Also, you have to know what type of Vitamins you are taking.. is it water soluble or fat soluble, otherwise they wont make much of an effect.

  4. yes taking too many vitamins is also bad for health.  As our body require small amount of vitamins.

  5. And to actually answer your question, there is no problem in taking all of those supplements together. There are no overlapping nutrients, so you aren't looking at overdosing (as long as you follow the recommended doses). We have customers that take literally 80-100 pills or more per day... as long as they are different nutrients, it's perfectly safe because your body sees all of it the same way as food.

However, you definitely don't want to take too much of the same nutrients because you can overdose on "too much of a good thing".

That being said, Niacin doesn't really help your mood at all, but the B-Vitamins are depleted during stressful times... but they do help for energy, which might help your mood. If you need a little extra help, some of the most popular natural products for helping with mood are St. John's Wort, SAMe, 5-HTP (or Tryptophan), Rhodiola Rosea (which you're already taking), and some stress-relievers like GABA or L-Theanine can help, too.

Aside from supplements, you can also try going out and doing things you enjoy, spending time with friends, or even having a good cry. If that's not enough to help, maybe talking it out with a trusted friend or an objective third-party person (like a counselor).

Just remember, even though you might feel bad, it's never as bad as it may feel. Everyone goes through tough times and we can all get through it... sometimes we just need a little extra help ;-) Good luck!

  6. Yes it is harmful to take unnecessary vitamins and too much vitamins.

Even it can create stone in the body

Take care and do physical exercise regularly and your diet should be rich with all the ingredients needed for the overall development of the body. Don't depend on Vitamins

    Thanks
