Is it bad to use a mild scrub every morning?

Hi, I use Nivea young scrub every morning, and after my face feels and looks great. Is it bad to use it on a daily bases.

It's ok to use that scrub, but use a light touch. You want your skin to look great for years to come.

always use an up word motion to prevent   sagging.

Not at all. You should clean your face in the morning and night, and use a mask every other 2 nights.

Not at all - I use my Arbonne RE9 scrub every morning and I mask 3-4 times a week at night. My skin is incredible.

not at all. its best to clean your face twice a day. in the morning to remove oil and at night to remove whatever gets into you skin/pores throughout the day
