If you're getting enjoyment out of it, why the heck shouldn't you use it a lot? You bought it so you could use it, not just leave it on your shelf looking pretty.

well it depends.

i you listen to your music a lot, then it is bad for your ears.

if you just use it, all you do is use more battery which means that you have to charge it more often which means that you are decreasing the life of your battery little by little.

so yes it is bad.
