I'm a girl, still going through puberty I guess. I want bigger b***s, but I also want to be toned. If I work out while I'm still young, will my b***s not grow as big?

  1. you can't you need to get fake ones

  2. Working out shouldn't not stop you from growing. The only thing I was told if you don't want your breast to decrease don't do exercise movements where your arms are out to your side kinda like in flying position this work the muscle in your breast

  3. there is nothing you can do that will make them grow bigger, or stay smaller- the size of your b***s is genetic, and you cant change it. so exercise, play sports, do whatever you enjoy. ok?

  4. Exercise is not only not bad at your age, it's essential.  Overdoing it at any age is bad.

That said, b*****s are mainly fat, so if you reduce your body fat a lot, you'll have smaller b*****s.  But if you get fat you could die young.

Don't concentrate on your breast size so much - whether you're 13 or 33.  Most guys won't go out with, or refuse to go out with, a girl just because of her chest - overall looks, personality, intelligence, charm - things like that are more important.

Unless all you want is to be stared at.

  5. I started doing cardio and lifting weights when I was eleven.  Lifting weights won't affect the size of your chest.  Chest exercises might help lift them up a bit but it won't make you smaller.

  6. Exercise away!  It'll make your bones and muscles stronger and give you a better posture.  Plus, you'll be less likely to pack on the pounds that often accompany puberty.

  7. Let them grow on their own, and dont worry, you can excercise; excecise is good.  I heard that working out with weights while you're still growing is not a good idee, but you might want to check into that part of it.
