Many people said that reading in a moving vehicle will make your sight poor. Is it true?

  1. Yes -- if you're driving.


  2. No I do it a lot. but if you get carsick forget it.also you can read in the car but I wouldn't do it on long trips (like vacations).

  4. It should not affect your eyes but people who are prone to travel sickness are advised to look outside the vehicle ,focus on something far away.Reading with your head down can bring on nausea and possibly dizziness.

    How would it make your eye sight poor if you are a passenger reading in a car?  Those people dont know what they are talking about.

    Ive read hundreds of times as a passenger in a car.

    because inside the car its always moving

    and your eyes will have to move as the car moves because they need to see the book steadily when you are reading.
