10 people 1 million because chances are more deserving people will need money. The people winning will be less greedy with what they won and can have a decent life.

10 people to win one million each, at least 10 people would benefit and it would lower the risk of bad investment.

I'd say that since most of the people who win the lottery end up blowing it all anyway, it's probably better for 10 people to each  win a million so they can have some fun with it.  But if it were me, or someone who would invest the money wisely, the ten million could go to good use.

Its best to win the whole 10million if I'm the person that wins it otherwise 10people sharing would be better :)
