Is it best to apply for a job on-line or in person to fill out an application?

Which one would be looked over quicker, an application on-line or an application in person

if i were looking for an employee, i would consider the applicant who actually took the time to come to my business to apply in person before i considered an online applicant. I could make a first hand judgment of them and get a much better feel for them as a person, over some anonymous person applying online. Dress appropriately and visit in person; it shows you care enough and are confident enough to show yourself to the employer. Good luck!
