yes it is but only about 10-15% more powerthen the speakers. ecspeicialy if you usualy dont turn your music up all the way but only like 80-85% up

Some Times It Is Some Times It Isnt. Its Good If You Plan On Upgrading To A Better System Later On So You Wont Have To Buy Another Amp. It Isnt Good If You Plan On Keeping It For Example If You Buy A Amp With More Power Than Your Speaker You Will Have To Turn The Amp Down So You Dont Blow The Speaker But Most Of The Time Its Not ''Healthy'' To Buy A Amp With More Power Than Your Speaker.
