  1. What is your citizenship, and what is your nationality?  How are u in Japan now...where is your spouse living, and where is he now and why?

  2. That depends.

Is this a cash deal or payments.

If the dollar is low, marry in Japan!

  3. Where you marry makes no difference if you plan to apply for a spousal visa. If you want to get married in America and stay there then you need a fiance visa (K-1). You children could come on derivative visas, K-2 for fiance visa and K-4 for spousal visa but would need their father's permission.

Go to http://www.visajourney.com for free guides to the visa process and people who can answer your questions. You will find people there from Japan who have married Americans and who can give you local information.

  4. k-3 visa is to bring a spouse over. k-1 visa is for a fiancee. k-4 visa is for the minor kids.

k-3 seems to be faster at the moment.
