  1. A gap year is highly recommended, if you have something useful or interesting to do.  It gets you out of the narrow academic mindset of schools and universities, and gives you a much broader experience of life.  You might be able to earn some money to help pay for your university, and you can make friends and have experiences that you may not be able to do again, once you've finished uni and got a full-time job.

  2. I've just completed an erasmus exchange and I worked before i went to uni and believe me when I say this.....if you have even the slightest chance of doing an erasmus exchange, then jump at it.  It was the most awesome experience of my life.  You meet countless people from many different countries, you party like crazy all the time, you get to visit loads of new places, you learn part of a new language and if you are an EU citizen, which I assume you are, you get paid by the European Commission for doing it.  And on top of all that, I now have many new friends from many different countries which means free accommodation when I want to go abroad!!

And you'll find that the teaching style is very different abroad.  I was in Germany and I found it much easier and laid back.  Plus the exams are much easier, so easy credit towards your final grade!!

A gap year is a good idea also but trust me....Erasmus is the way forward and you can take a year out after uni anyway.

  3. I am sorry I would not know how to help you

I turn on you a starlet

  4. Try and do both, if you can.
