  1. If you want something, go for it.  No one is going to do it for you.  If they don't have anything now, just send your resume anyway for future reference.  Never know when they will have opening, so might as well have your info on file.

  2. They may really in fact, not be hiring, but if you are really serious and want to get a job here is what I suggest.

    1. Print out the online form and fill it out or if it does not allow you to do that fill out the online application and submit.

    2. Go up the the grocery store in person and ask to speak to the manger. Make sure you are dressed appropriately! It's amazing, but I have had some people come to an interview in t-short and shorts!!

    3. Have a sales pitch about yourself rehearsed prior to the meeting. When the manager arrives tell her some great points about yourself and how you would really like a job there, name some specific way you would be a good asset to their team. Hand him/her your application (or resume) at this time, and tell her that you would love to have an interview at a time that is convenient to him/her.

If they do not hire you after that, then they probably don't have an open position.

    Good luck!!

  3. Ok this is a modern world. everyone uses the internet especially employers. I would say go with the online. It helps buisness' keep track of who they looked at instead of someone saying yea ill let them know sort of thing.
