  1. I would begin my day with fruit for the fiber benefits (great for keeping you regular) However, try to include fruits somewhat low on the glycemic index (sugar content) as you might get a sugar high on an empty stomach. Bananas, apples and grapefruit are good morning choices.


  2. All day but it's a real energy booster in the morning but you can never get enough fruit! mmmmmm
