I never eat it, simply because it is too slimy, but most people I know do, because they believe it to hold in all of the great oils, but is it better to eat it or leave it?

  1. for some fishes u can eat

  2. From what I have been told by some friends I have that are restaurant owners or chefs, you should not eat the skin. For the most part, the actual oils are also throughout the actual "flesh" of the fish and also get permeated into the meat even more upon cooking so you still get the benefits of the oils without eating the skin!

  3. You can usually just leave it, but my personal exception to this rule is crispy salmon skin that's permeated with teriyaki marinade. Yummy!

  4. just leave it.  (*.*) lol finally i now how to do it

  5. I think it depends.  I eat some skin if it's easy to cut and chew/swallow.  However some fish has tough skin, which just asks to be left.

I've heard the skin is like the skin of a potato: the most nutritious part.  But with fish skin, I've never found proof.  Fish is healthy enough, just leave it if you're not happy eating it.

  6. Some people like it but i think it's horrible.Love fish,hate skin.

  7. leave it
