  1. The main flaw in your question is that it is impossible to fight without adrenaline. Anyone who answers any different is wrong, because in tense situations humans have no control over whether it happens or not. The human body has something called the fight or flight response, which increases your adrenaline in any tense or stressfull situation. It is an automatic response and you cannot control whether it happens or not. When this happens you tend to get tunnel vision, your breathing becomes heavier, and you lose many fine motor skills.

That being said a person can control through training whether it works for or against them. If you train in realistic situations and learn to actually harness the edge that adrenaline can give you, it will make you a much better fighter, and to some extent you will be able to deal with the effects of the adrenaline has on your mind and body. If you are untrained, that is where the adrenaline "dump" as it is called can make you freeze up, and become almost paralyzed.

So everyone fights with adrenaline, just the good ones know how to control and use it;s effects better.

  2. i like the adrenaline because you are very not easily tired and wont go down down as easily.

  3. WITH adrenaline, no doubt is a rush you don't feel nothing.

    Good question.

  4. um i like with out it cause i get tunnel vision

  5. i am pretty big in jujitsu and i find it better to use adrenaline.  maybe its just me  but when i have an adrenaline rush eveything just works for me, i dont need to think because my body already knows what to do

  6. i think it is better to fight with adrenaline because you will have extra energy and if it is your first fight you will probly no matter what have some adrenaline.

  7. depends on how fast and hard you need to move as well as how fast you need to think. adrenaline will speed you up and help your muscles. as well adrenaline usually makes thinking quick and clearer for the fight or flight situation.

  8. definetly with, adrenaline is important, it gives you temporary strength and no pain, but you gotta know how to control it.

  9. Without, once you've got full control and conditioning of your reactions.

  10. Being a JKD instructor and Bruce Lee being one of my heros I always refer back to what he said about butterflies in your stomach.  Bruce use to say that having butterflies in your stomach before a fight was simply adrenaline.  He use to call this energy, "Adrenaline Burgers".  The most important thing is to learn to control your adrenaline or as Paul Vunak calls it "Killer Instint", you have to learn to turn it on and off.  So simply to answer your question, it is a normal response for your adrenaline to kick in and it is very beneficial for you during a fight as long as you learn to control it.

  11. varies person per person but u are more powerful with adrenalin and even inhumanly powerful[40 chuck liddels] depending on the situation
