  1. better to wait till you know what you are actually provisionally applying for!!

  2. Dictionary Search

Your search for 'pervisonal' did not match any dictionary results.

Perhaps you mean 'provisional'?  Whatever method you like best.

  3. Well, if you do it over the web or via the form you would still need to send a photograph to DVLA.

Furthermore, doing it via the web you would probably have to go to your local DVLA office, if you do it via post and follow the instructions are the form, D1 I believe, then there should not be any problems.

  4. They only fill your form out on their computers anyway so do it via internet. It cuts out the admin and you're more likely to get it sooner.

I don't understand why I got thumbs down for this? When I was learning to drive my instructor told me this, and him being a partner with the DSA he would know more than any of you.

Do it online, don't bother with the PO.

  5. I would do it on the web, as long as you have a UK passport, but remember if they cannot get the details - the photo and singnature from the passport then they will send you a form for your photo and signature, slowing down the process.

  6. Go to the Post Office and ask for help filling it out or fill it out on the web but make sure you use spellcheck!
