  1. a travel agency will help you plan your trip and give you information pertaining to details ,but cannot take the place of any government laws about immigration.

you have to address yourself to the embassy of the country you want  to visit and get all the application and details .

you would still have to address the embassy personally

here is the Canada embassy in the Philippines :

Canadian Embassy in Makati City, Philippines

Canadian Embassy in Manila, Philippines      send edits

    Levels 6-8, Tower 2

    RCBC Plaza

    6819 Ayala Avenue 1200

    PO Box 2098

    City: Makati City

Sponsoring your family: Spouses and dependent childrenA Canadian citizen or permanent resident may sponsor his or her spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner, or dependent children to come to Canada as permanent residents. See the Who Can Apply section below to find out if your relationship qualifies.

You can then find out if your spouse, partner or child meets the requirements for you to sponsor them.

    Who can apply

    The sponsorship application is processed by the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Mississauga, Ontario (for family members living outside Canada), or the CPC in Vegreville, Alberta (for family members living inside Canada);

If you are approved as a sponsor, the permanent residence application is sent to the appropriate Canadian visa office.

  2. What you are looking for is a tourist visa and being a single women it next to impossible for you to get, a married women living with her Canadian husband her in the Philippines has a hard time getting a tourist visa. If you have enough assets you can try, but you will have to show ownership of land, auto, money in a bank account, a stable job with a letter allowing you to take leave and still be employed when you return, another words you have prove that you will have enough reason to return back to the Philippines. Best to wait until he becomes single a applies for a visa for you. I wish you the best

  3. i dont think travel agency does permernant visa only tourist visa. There is imigration lawyers to do what you want. They are thorough and know the procedures better.good luck.

  4. I don't think a travel agency will do that, maybe a tourist visa, but not for permanent residence.

But I do believe your future husband can "sponsor" your visa and that may be the easiest and faster way of doing that.

travel agencies are just for travel arrangements, unless there is an special agency for Visa purpose, which I don't think so.
