Since my new boss arrived, for some reason she is tryinig to get me out. She took away my position, put me on the graveyard and keeps encouraging me to quit.

Jobs are impossible in my area, have looked for 10 months and finally got a temporary one that could turn into a full time BUT I wouldn't know until Oct. When I took the temp, I went to my employer and asked her if this would work. My official shift is the graveyard and the new job is second shift so no conflict HOWEVER there are dead days at my old job where it is required that we come in and pretend to work to get our hours. Verbally, she agreed and told me not to worry about coming in the dead days since it would interfere with temp job. The first week with a dead day, guess what? She makes it mandatory for me to come in. The temp job is in blackout mode, they are so busy. If you call in, you better not come back. I hate hate hate hate my old job that I've had for 12 years now but I am a single person and am scared of losing my health insurance. It's only a matter of time until old boss will find a way to fire me anyway. She was hoping I would quit to make her look like the good guy.

  1. Get fired. She wants you to quit so the company doesn't have to pay you unemployment  benifits.

  2. By google to collect some related information or you may try using answer engines like yahoo answer or yedda.com to get some related ideas.nonetheless,If you prefer some direct resource, here is a good one from my own experience.http://health-insurance.onlinebestoffer....

  3. I do not know how all states are, but for here, KY, it is better to get fired because then you can draw unemployment for at least 6 months.  If you quit, you can not draw anything.
