Is it better to go for a run/jog in the morning or afternoon or night for that matter?

  1. I go in the mornings it gets to hot in the afternoons and at night you SHOULD be resting for the next morning


  2. The most important thing is that you go, not so much when.  However, I would recommend morning.  If you go at night, it might keep you awake and you won't get enough rest.

  3. It's best to go in the morning.  You get your metabolism moving and it stays higher for the rest of the day  burning more calories.  I do yoga at night for relaxation, flexibility and to burn a few extra calories.  I use Preventions online site for lots of great exercise tips.  http://buzz.prevention.com/community
