Is it better to have a lower low frequency response for an amp or higher?

i am looking at 2 amps, the kenwood Kac-8103D and Kac-8104D, they are identical except for the Kac-8103D has a low frequency response of 5 Hz and the other has a low frequency response of 20 Hz. Which amp would be better to go with to get a better and deeper bass sound to power a 12in Kenwood sub?

  1. The human ear cant detect lower then 20 Hz so it doesnt matter.
