Is it better to have all of your carry on items in seat bag?

I am wondering whether it is better to carry spare stuff in a seat bag, or should everything go in the camelbak and go without the seat bag?

it depends how much stuff u hav nd is it for trail riding or street       if ur riding on the street either will work but if u r riding on the trail the backpack will probably be better that way it wont hit the wheel nd rub
