  1. That depends on your overall goal(s) and personality.  Do you enjoy routines or learning something new?  If you are routine oriented then you'll probably want to stick with what works and increase your cardio and weights each week.  If you don't like routines then mix it up and do something new each week or month.  This may be the better choice as you'll develop a great variety of your muscles and overall physical fitness.  But if deterring from your routine will keep you away form the gym then that isn't a good choice...

  2. Change it... I have 3 routines... all include some sort of cardio and lifting to get to different muscle groups. I call each routine by name.

    There is the h**l routine

    the easy routine

    and the good routine...

It's better to change it up... but don't go crazy... keep track and set goals and see how fast you accomplish what you set out to do... good luck.

  3. Its fully up to you. If your content with what your doing, then no, don't!

But if you'd like to work some new muscles, or work them differently, or your bored with your routine, change it up!

That's the beauty of workouts, you don't HAVE to do the same thing constantly! Truly, however, its better to try diffrent things and work diffrent areas and work them diffrent ways, this keeps your muscles challenged and will (in the long run) build more muscle for you.

  4. try and keep upthe same routine for several months, but then 10000% change it up, your body won't get into better and better shape if all you do is the same stuff!!

  5. Change it up, if you do the same things all the time your body gets used to it and gets lazy.  You gotta mix it up.
