  1. Well doesn't that largely depend on which country it is that you are living in.

    If in Poland then Polish

    If in Germany then German

It's not really a difficult decision!

English is spoken in many countries as a second language, but you will not manage in either country without learning the local language.  In order to live, work & integrate successfully, then start before you even move there...... (assuming you have a visa/passport that allows you to move there in the first place)

  2. You don't need Polish except in Poland.  Many Germans speak some English, but greatly appreciate it if English speakers have gone to the trouble of learning a bit of German.

  3. It is better to learn German, because German will be spoken in

    - Germany (of corse)

    - Austria

    - Parts of Switzerland

    - Parts of France

    - Parts of Belgium

    - Parts of Liechtenstein

    - Parts of Luxembourgh

    ...

You can learn German in school at

    - France

    - Belgium

    ...

Polish will mostly be spoken in Poland.

    Most German speak English, too.
