Is it better to lease or buy the store (plant) & equipment?

It is better to lease it so that you can update the equipment every year or when ever it is so

It might be cheaper on over head to lease the place and equipment. (don't forget those are tax write offs) But you can cut your long term over head by purchasing. You can also meet down the middle and rent the location, but buy the equipment. there is a lot of options when it comes to running a business. Just ask you self how long you think you will be working in this field.

I would say lease, that way if the business does not work out you are out a lot less money.
