Is it better to leave your eyes open or closed when you get jabbed in the eye by something?

I jabbed in the eye by the tag on my stuffed Garfield. Should I close my eye or leave it open?

let your eye decide.. if it wants to stay closed then keep it closed until it doesn't hurt to open it  :)

I don't know how old you are but maybe you should cut the tags off on stuffed animals if you are one to hold them close to your face so to protect your eyes in the future? I always do that for my child....hope you feel better soon...
