Is it better to love the job and hate the place, or hate the job and love the place?

I work for a great group of people, but don't like the work I do so much. Everyone is so positive and pleasant to be around. I applied for a job, where I know I will love the work, but the work environment is not the best. People are pretty negative there. So which is better? To love the place where you work, or love the work you do?

the job may change over time. your attitude may even change over time.

if your job is the only thing that brings you happiness, this will be an issue.
