run barefoot or wear running shoes?

  2. definitely running shoes - in every aspect. running barefoot stretches the bottoms of your feet and can cause serious damage. and of course, i was running with my friend in flip flops and stubbed my toe on a buckle in the sidewalk. it bled for a looong time and took forever to heal =/  

  3. Well the soles in the shoes protect your feet

  4. i used to run barefeet when i was like 12 in like neighborhood block races, and i ran fast, but your feet might feel a little sore if your not used to it, but if your going for comfort then definetly shoes:}

  5. Running shoes will give you better support and take the shock away from your joints. If youre running for exercise walking is acctually better because it gives you a workout and you don't kill your joints.
