Is it better to register a transportation business as LLC or ?

Question

My business will probably have independent contractors like how a cab is and paid employees, so i am new at this and don't want to regret anything on the long run about it.

Run your business through an LLC or corporation and use a lawyer to set it up.  I've seen too many tragedies and mistakes with people trying to do it themselves.
