Question:

Is it better to run every day 10 minutes as fast as you can,or 20-30 minutes slower?I also heard that long?

time training decreases testosterone....so it might be better to do fast as you can 100 percent effort sprints to boost it.

  1. Sprinting is a great workout but doesn't do a whole lot for endurance - good luck sprinting for 10 minutes straight though (i'd try 40 yard sprints with a 60 second rest in between sprints for 10 - 15 minutes). Have fun!


  2. i usually run at a pace slightly faster than a jog about 2 laps around the track then walk one and then 2 more. then i will do some 40 50 and 60 meter dashes/sprints(about 10 of each lengths) with a ten second break in between each. after the dashes i will do strides. i will do a 100 meters of strides then walk 100 meters over and over for anywhere from 2-4 laps.i usually finish with one sprint lap.
